Delivery
Where we deliver, how long it takes, who brings the parcel and what you pay: nothing for the delivery itself.
01Where we deliver
We deliver to Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Lithuania and Latvia. An item is ordered on the page of your country, which each product page links to; if your country is not in the list, the item cannot be ordered from there.
02What it costs
There is no delivery charge on any order, in any of these countries, and no minimum spend. The price shown on the page is the sum the courier collects.
03How long it takes
From order to doorstep, in four steps:
- The call. After you send the order, we ring the number you gave, usually within one working day, and read the order back to you. The parcel is packed only after that call.
- Dispatch. 1 to 2 working days after the call, the parcel is handed to the courier or postal operator of your country.
- On the road. 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.
- Handover. You pay the courier in cash and the parcel is yours.
These are the times the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates. Delays at the courier or in bad weather happen; see where is my parcel for what to do.
04Who brings it
The courier or postal operator in your country. The operator is chosen per country; we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask. We do not hand your parcel to anyone else.
05Paying for it
Cash to the courier, when the parcel is handed to you, in the currency of your country. No card is taken and nothing is due before. The detail is on the payment page.
06If the parcel is damaged or wrong
Look the parcel over before you pay. If it is plainly damaged you may refuse it and pay nothing. If you notice a problem after opening it, tell us within 48 hours if you can, with photos; refunds and returns explains your choices.
