- info@seladeal.com — an order, a parcel, a delivery, a return, the guarantee, a complaint, or any other question.
- privacy@seladeal.com — your personal data: a copy of it, a correction, an erasure, or an objection. Answered within 30 days.
- By post — Huanbin Lin, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. For a withdrawal notice by post, keep the proof of posting.
The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time. Emails are answered within 2 working days. There is no telephone number for customers to call: the call you receive comes from us after you order.
