About the shop
Seladeal is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.
01One company, start to finish
One company, and it does everything: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED (contact person: Huanbin Lin), Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.
That is why every page of this site, in every language, names the same company and the same two email addresses.
02What is on the shelves
Everyday goods in five departments: electronics, gadgets, home and decor, DIY tools, and car and bike accessories. Each item has a price, a description, a table of specifications and, where customers have written one, a review with its date.
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. There is no delivery charge, and the only way to pay is cash to the courier when the parcel is in your hands.
